As a Sales Account Manager, you will act as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for high-profile clients across the GCC.
You will drive new business acquisition while managing enterprise sales cycles and developing long-term executive relationships. Working closely with cross-functional teams (pre-sales, product, consulting, customer success), you will deliver solutions that generate measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development
Generate and qualify new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, campaigns, and industry events
Build and maintain a strong and reliable sales pipeline
Drive revenue growth by closing new strategic deals
Full Sales Cycle Management
Lead the entire enterprise sales process from opportunity identification to contract signature
Identify customer needs, decision-makers, governance structures, and buying processes
Deliver executive-level presentations and solution demonstrations
Coordinate and respond to RFIs/RFPs
Prepare commercial proposals, quotes, and statements of work
Negotiate SaaS subscription and professional services agreements
Account Management & Expansion
Act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
Build and maintain long-term relationships with executive stakeholders
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities
Monitor account performance and proactively drive growth
Reporting & Forecasting
Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and sales forecasting data
Monitor revenue, accounts receivable, and contract renewals
Support internal business reviews and account planning processes
