Ensure an efficient and customer-oriented sales process.
Logistics Management:
Handle local and international logistics via sea and road.
Maintain relationships with logistics providers in Qatar, UAE, and Saudi Arabia to secure optimal freight rates.
Manage multimodal shipments, including break bulk, ISO tank, and flexibag handling.
Oversee customs processes, including Bayan formalities, weight limits, and flawless shipment coordination with the plant.
Ensure timely inspection and maintenance of ISO containers.
Customer Relationship Management:
Follow up on late payments, credit limits, and yearly customer credit checks.
Innovate ideas to enhance customer experiences and drive sales of existing products.
Present effectively in customer meetings and maintain a high level of satisfaction.
Process Optimization:
Optimize transport and logistics to prevent detention charges.
Propose corrective actions to improve internal operations and workflows.
Develop a functional sales administrative system to achieve customer service goals at optimal costs.
Team Collaboration:
Coordinate with Sales Executives, the Director, Documentation Team, and Plant Operators for seamless operations.
Ensure proper order handling, documentation, and issuance of Certificates of Origin via the Chamber of Commerce.
