This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the success of our sales operations while ensuring smooth coordination between the sales team and various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update the PME vehicle reporting system in line with PME and Ali & Sons requirements.
• Provide specification and pricing information to the Sales Team.
• Ensure the internal stock board and stock lists are regularly updated with accurate information.
• Administer car checking at port and ensure timely transfer to vehicle storage facilities.
• Complete weekly PME reports along with accurate customer details for the CSS program.
• Complete and submit support claims to PME on a monthly basis.
• Perform additional duties as requested by the Sales Manager.
