Job Summary:

RapidData Technologies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to join our team in the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategies to drive growth and revenue for the company. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of market dynamics in the UAE and KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct Market Research: Perform in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for expansion in the UAE and KSA.
• Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors and market conditions to inform business strategy and identify opportunities for differentiation.
• Industry Trends: Stay updated with industry trends and innovations to anticipate market shifts and inform business decisions.

2. Client Relationship Management:

• Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the UAE and KSA to ensure long-term partnerships.
• Understand Client Needs: Engage with clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored solutions that meet their needs.
• Client Satisfaction: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and support, leading to client retention and loyalty.

3. Business Strategy and Planning:

• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic business plans aimed at achieving growth targets and expanding market presence in the UAE and KSA.
• Identify Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets that align with RapidData Technologies' goals.
• Pipeline Management: Create and manage a robust pipeline of potential business opportunities, ensuring a steady flow of new prospects.

4. Sales and Revenue Generation:

• Drive Sales Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth through proactive business development activities and effective sales strategies.
• Negotiate Contracts: Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and partners to secure favorable terms and conditions.
• Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs), contributing to overall company growth.

5. Collaboration and Communication:

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and product development teams to align strategies and ensure cohesive efforts towards business objectives.
• Presentations and Reports: Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, reports, and presentations to senior management and stakeholders.
• Industry Representation: Represent RapidData Technologies at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and build strategic connections.

6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:

• Monitor Performance: Track and analyze business performance metrics and KPIs to assess progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Regular Reporting: Provide regular reports and updates on business development activities and outcomes to senior management.
• Data-Driven Decisions: Utilize data insights to make informed decisions and optimize business strategies for better results.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the UAE and KSA.
• Market Knowledge: Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and competitive landscape in the UAE and KSA.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders.
• Client Relationship: Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Strategic Thinking: Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Teamwork: Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
