Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Lead Conversion Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and converting leads into sales through various social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. Initiate Outbound call to close potential leads.

2. Engage with potential customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.

3. Convert leads into sales by effectively communicating the value of our products/services.

4. Maintain a high level of product knowledge to address customer questions and concerns accurately.

5. Track and report daily activities, including customer interactions, inquiries, and sales conversions.

6. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for lead generation and conversion.

7. Provide feedback to the management team on customer trends and insights to improve sales strategies.

8. Initiate WABA broadcast templates to reopen closed WABA conversation.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in sales, customer service, or lead conversion, preferably in a B2C environment.

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

3. Proficiency in using social media platforms for business purposes.

4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

5. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

6. Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting tools is a plus.

Reporting:

1. Submit a detailed report at the end of each day, summarizing customer interactions, inquiries, and sales conversions. 2. Submit list of bad leads to the management and Marketing agency optimizing the Marketing Funnel.
