Key Responsibilities:
Sales:
1. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
2. Build and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
3. Oversee the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, pitching, negotiating, and closing deals.
4. Identify and enter new markets, expanding the company’s reach.
5. Track and report on key sales metrics, providing insights for decision-making.
Marketing:
1. Design and execute marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and traditional platforms.
2. Optimize branding strategies to enhance visibility and engagement.
3. Conduct market research to identify customer needs, trends, and competitors.
4. Manage and analyse campaign performance, ensuring high ROI.
5. Develop content strategies to nurture leads and drive conversions.
Team Leadership:
1. Lead and motivate a sales and marketing team to deliver high performance.
2. Provide training and mentorship to team members.
3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive business strategies.
