• Develop and execute sales & marketing strategies to grow market share in B2C, B2B, wholesale, and retail segments.
• Build, lead, and support a high-performance sales team.
• Identify and manage relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and retail chains.
• Collaborate on brand positioning, packaging, promotions, and digital campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer behavior to drive decisions.
• Support product launches and expand into e-commerce platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in detergent/cleaning product industry.
• Proven record in sales growth, brand building, and team management.
• Strong network in distribution & retail channels (local and export is a plus).
• Experience with product marketing, promotions, and packaging development.
• Passion for eco-conscious, innovative products is a big plus.
