· Assist with day-to-day sales operations, ensuring smooth processes from quotation to invoicing.
· Prepare and manage customer quotations, ensuring they are accurate and aligned with company pricing policies.
· Handle invoicing, track payments, and maintain accurate financial records for clients.
· Support customer relations by assisting in addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
· Collaborate with the sales team to meet revenue targets and support sales initiatives.
· Assist in creating marketing and promotional materials using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar software.
· Help prepare and present reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational efficiency.
· Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
· Assist in managing inventory and order fulfillment processes.
· Maintain clear and efficient communication with clients in both English (mandatory) and preferably Arabic.
