We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and presentable Sales & Delivery Coordinator to support our client engagement and project delivery process. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between the client and our internal teams, ensuring smooth communication, timely task execution, and a high standard of professionalism in all interactions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Communication & Coordination Act as the point of contact for ongoing project updates, reviews, and queries — ensuring client communication is prompt, clear, and aligned with the company’s tone and expectations. 2. Project Execution Support Convert client feedback and discussions into actionable tasks for the development/design team and follow up on deliverables to maintain timelines and quality. 3. Meeting Management & Reporting Schedule and manage regular client check-ins, prepare meeting summaries, and maintain updated records of all decisions and progress. 4. Founder-Led Strategic Alignment Route all major decisions, scope changes, or pricing queries to the Founder. Your role is to support delivery — not to set direction or commit on behalf of leadership. 5. Internal Team Coordination Facilitate smooth handovers between sales and execution, manage developer queries, and track project status via tools like Trello, Notion, or ClickUp. 6. Client-Facing Presentation (When Required) Be well-presented and articulate, ready to join or lead select client meetings when required. You should carry the company’s brand with clarity and professionalism.
