Responsibilities:
• Coordinate daily logistics and delivery operations
• Manage sales orders and follow up with clients
• Handle inventory and ensure timely stock availability
• Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal departments
• Maintain accurate records of sales and logistics activities
• Support the sales growth with new client communication and reporting
• Assist in resolving client queries and delivery issues.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, sales, or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic/Turkish is a plus
