· Order processing

· Regular follow-up with customers on product sales, payment and market enhancing activities.

· Handle all queries and work closely with Clients.

· Handle Sales, dispatches

· Keep track of back orders and co-ordinate with Purchaser / Technical Team to fulfill orders

· Follow-up of payments.
