As we launch our innovative service, we are seeking an accomplished Sales Director to lead our efforts in building strategic partnerships with car dealers across Dubai.
Job Summary:
The Sales Director will spearhead the development and execution of our sales strategy, targeting car dealerships in Dubai. This role is ideal for a seasoned sales leader with a proven track record in the automotive or SaaS sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for prospecting, engaging, and enrolling car dealers onto our platform while driving revenue growth through commission-based incentives.
Market Penetration & Lead Generation:
Identify and target potential car dealers in Dubai to introduce the Leaseacar SaaS solution.
Develop and execute effective sales strategies and prospecting plans to build a robust pipeline of high-value leads.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Design and implement a comprehensive sales plan aligned with the company’s launch objectives and growth targets.
Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through effective dealer engagement and conversion.
Relationship Management:
Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with car dealers and key industry stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing queries and ensuring a seamless onboarding process.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
Negotiate contracts and partnership agreements that benefit both the dealer and Leaseacar.
Collaborate with legal and operational teams to ensure all agreements meet company standards and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration & Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategy and product enhancements.
Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports, and market feedback to senior management.
