Emirates Preinsulated Pipes Industries LLC (EPPI), a subsidiary of National Central Cooling Company PSC (Tabreed), was established in the year 2000.
Job Objective:
Responsible for taking caring of sales and marketing related activities for EPPI by assisting sales manager in generation inquiries to meet sales target with desirable margins, take care of all technical queries during bidding stage, follow-up on payment and customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities:
- Responsible for generating new inquiries/leads by meeting, giving presentation to prospective consultant/client.
- Performing effective sales visits, consistent follow-up for technical clarification, negotiation and efficiently converting prospective projects to contracts/ purchase orders with good profit margin.
- Review tender specification, send appropriate offer to client /contractor's requirement after carefully examine specification, availability & price of raw materials, costing etc. to ensure offer is competitive.
- Overlooking sales order process in ERP(SAP) for received purchased orders from customers.
- Preparing necessary technical documents like PQ, Material submittal, compliance statement etc. and ensure to get technical approval on products and services.
- Responding to consultant/client comments and technical queries
- Follow-up with customer for a healthy cash flow

- Ensure the effective achievement of the team functional objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – to maximize the subordinate and departmental performance.
