Client Consultation: Engaging with clients to determine their fit-out requirements, budget, timeline, and design preferences for their space, whether it’s commercial, residential, or industrial.

Product Knowledge: Having in-depth knowledge of the products and materials used for fit-out projects, such as flooring, partitions, lighting, furniture, and other construction materials.

Solution Design: Collaborating with architects, interior designers, and contractors to develop practical and cost-effective fit-out solutions. This might involve proposing design concepts, presenting samples, or suggesting alternative materials.

Technical Support: Providing technical expertise to ensure that the solutions meet the client's functional, aesthetic, and regulatory needs, as well as advising on building codes and industry standards.

Sales and Negotiation: Preparing and presenting proposals and quotations to clients, negotiating terms, and closing sales to ensure a win-win for both the client and the company.

Project Management: Coordinating with the project team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of the fit-out work, including timelines, deliveries, and quality control.

Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business, provide after-sales support, and gain referrals.

Market Research: Staying updated on trends and new technologies in the fit-out industry to provide cutting-edge solutions and enhance product offerings.
