Job Description:

As a Sales Engineer based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, you will be a vital link between our technical offerings and the sales efforts to drive revenue growth. Your role will involve leveraging your technical expertise to understand customer needs, articulate solutions, and support the sales team in closing deals. You will collaborate closely with various departments to ensure effective communication and seamless customer experiences.

Responsibilities:

  1. Technical Expertise:Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and solutions.
    Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscape.
  2. Client Engagement:Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential customers and understand their unique challenges.
    Conduct presentations, product demonstrations, and technical workshops to showcase the value proposition of our offerings.
  3. Solution Design and Proposal Development:Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions that address their needs.
    Collaborate with the sales team to create comprehensive proposals, including technical specifications and pricing.
  4. Technical Consultation:Act as the main technical point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and technical questions.
    Provide expert advice on product features, integration options, and customization possibilities.
  5. Support throughout Sales Cycle:Assist the sales team in navigating technical aspects during customer interactions.
    Help develop strategies to overcome technical objections and ensure successful deal closures.
  6. Customer Relationship Management:Build and nurture strong relationships with customers, becoming a trusted advisor.
    Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
  7. Post-Sales Support:Collaborate with customer support to ensure a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
    Address technical issues and provide solutions to ensure customer success.
  8. Market Insights:Gather and share market intelligence, competitor analysis, and industry trends with the sales team.
    Provide insights to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
  9. Cross-Functional Collaboration:Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to align efforts and enhance the customer experience.
  10. Reporting:Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and opportunities in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, sales engineering, or related roles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Willingness to travel as required for customer meetings and presentations.
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and CRM systems.
