Our client is one of the largest corporate groups in the UAE with presence in all the middle east countries as well as some countries in EMEA Region. This diverse business group is a household name in Electronic Retail with stores in all the main Malls in UAE along with a strong presence in B2B Industrial businesses covering a wide variety of industry segments.
The company is now looking to hire SALES ENGINEERS for LIGHTING PROJECTS and ENERGY business for the Abu Dhabi market in UAE. Experience in Lighting Products and Industrial Lighting Applications is essential.
- Create a business development plan for the financial year and clear alignment on sales targets, segments, timelines, and to an extend projects.
- Ensure key accounts of the organization are well managed and develop new opportunities.
- To generate New sales leads on his own
- To develop a network of consultants and designers,
- To track the tenders floated by the government, semi-government and private sectors, obtain the tender document, evaluate, and prepare competitive quotations for approval.
- To work individually for the entire stages of Lighting project sales – lead Generation, BOQ Understanding, Manufacturer /product selection, Commercial proposal, Negotiation, Submittals, and closure
- Visit regularly the existing/ prospective customers to establish and maintain healthy relationships and to spot the present and future demands.
- Perform the market and competition analysis.
- Capable to perform Energy Audits for Lighting retrofit project
