Job Description:

We are seeking a target-driven Sales Engineer for our Glass and Aluminum division. This position is strictly performance-based, with a mandatory monthly sales target of AED 100,00 to AED 125,000. Only candidates who demonstrate the ability to meet these targets will be considered for continued employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales to achieve or exceed the assigned monthly target of AED 100,000 to AED 125,000.

• Ensure product pricing is aligned with company discretion and market requirements.

• Build and maintain a solid client base in the Glass and Aluminum industry.

• Provide technical consultation and tailored solutions to clients.

• Identify new business opportunities and close deals promptly.

• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure client satisfaction and timely project execution.

Strict Terms of Employment:

• Salary is solely based on achieving the monthly target.

• A probation period of 2 months is mandatory, during which the candidate must consistently meet the monthly sales target.

• Employment visa and additional benefits will only be provided upon successful completion of the probation period with verified target achievement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of proven UAE sales experience, preferably in the Glass and Aluminum industry.

• Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

• Strong understanding of pricing and sales strategies within company policies.

• Valid UAE driving license.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Self-motivated, highly disciplined, and results-oriented.
