Roles and Responsibilities:
- Engage with inbound leads generated from social media, ads, and landing pages.
- Present the company’s digital marketing offer (AED 3,500/month service) confidently to prospective clients over phone, Zoom, or WhatsApp.
- Follow a proven sales script and process to guide prospects through the decision-making journey.
- Close deals efficiently and collect required client information for onboarding.
- Build and maintain client relationships to ensure monthly retention and satisfaction.
- Keep detailed records of all conversations, follow-ups, and deals using the company CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets (5–10 sign-ups per month).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to improve closing strategies based on feedback and results.
- Provide basic post-sale support to ensure the client starts successfully and remains subscribed.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and the agency’s evolving services to maintain a competitive edge in client conversations.
