Job description:

• Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
• Actively see out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
• Setting up meetings with Existing clients and listening to their wishes and recommend, select, and help locate or obtain products based on customer needs and desires
• Provide customers with product samples and catalogues in the B2B section
• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services, Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations.
• Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections and create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
• Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with direct report
