Sales Generation:
· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base for our Frozen division.
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
Client Management:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including HORECA.
· Conduct regular follow-ups and meetings with clients to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction with our products.
Market Research:
· Stay informed about industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities and threats.
· Gather and report feedback from clients to assist in product development and market positioning.
Sales Reporting:
· Track and report on sales activities, including leads, conversions, and client interactions.
· Prepare and present regular sales reports to the Sales Manager or Director of Sales.
Customer Service:
· Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Collaboration:
· Work closely with the marketing team to support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives (If any).
· Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery and fulfillment of orders.
