  • Develop and expand B2B industrial sales for polymer fiber packaging materials

  • Identify, generate, and convert new business leads in assigned territory

  • Conduct field visits and client meetings with corporate/industrial customers

  • Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

  • Present products, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and delivery follow-ups

  • Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer requirements

  • Prepare basic reports on sales activities and performance

  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
