Responsible for achieving assigned sales objectives and targets.
Expand customer base in responsible area and increase product line in current accounts to boost sales.
Visit customers and prospects frequently to develop and maintain good relation.
Prospect to gain new customers, thereby growing the existing customer base in the assigned territory.
Provide basic technical information to customers, for example introducing newly developed techniques or practices for using the company’s products.
Apply pricing policies established for the region and maintain special pricing within these guidelines according to product, quantity and customer considerations.
Optimize the sales margins of the assigned customers & territories to improve profitability.
Provide monthly forecasts for both existing and potential customers.
Responsible for receivables of the assigned customers’ and territory.
Know customer products and process capabilities, key contacts, previous sales results and products purchased for all accounts in the territory to allow value-added selling.
Coordinate activities of Customer Service, Technical Service and all pertinent Ampacet personnel/departments to ensure that the overall handling of the customer’s needs is competitive and timely.
Review the sales plan on a monthly basis, analyze budget deviations, identify problem areas and plan corrective actions when necessary.
Update CRM on a basis regarding field the visit reports and the monthly reports.
Maintain awareness of market and competitive activities within designated environment and disseminates the information appropriately throughout the organization.
Continuous updates regarding new sales techniques and new products.
