PURPOSE: To promote and sell new car models, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction within the showroom. You will be the key point of contact for customers, guiding them through the entire sales process and making sure they are delighted with the services provided.


Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers in identifying their vehicle needs.
  • Provide detailed explanations of vehicle features and performance.
  • Inform customers about GSM’s services, including car registration, insurance, and other after-sales services.
  • Recommend additional accessories and optional equipment.
  • Meet sales targets set by the Vice Chairman & Managing Director and Sales Manager/Head of Used Cars.
  • Calculate and provide sales prices, discounts, and financing options.
  • Advise customers on the availability of new car models.
  • Coordinate vehicle delivery with the New Car Storekeeper.
  • Collaborate with the Customer Relations Representative (Sales) for car registration and insurance.
  • Follow up with potential customers.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Brand Sales Manager.
