- Present and sell the Company's products and solutions to new and existing accounts
- Manage and retain relationships with existing clients
- Develop new markets and improve sales
- Accountable for ensuring timely communication and customer satisfaction at assigned accounts
- Understand each customer’s business and technical applications, anticipating their needs for products and solutions
- Identify and analyze key opportunities and threats as it relates to products, markets, and competitors
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports on customer visits, significant quotations, and overall sales activity
