Job Description
Deliver exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs, providing product information, and addressing inquiries or concerns.
Explain product features and benefits by performing demonstrations and answering any questions that customers may have.
Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by actively engaging with customers, promoting products, and closing sales.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the products being sold, including features, benefits, and pricing, in order to effectively communicate and upsell to customers.
Monitor and track inventory levels, replenish stock as needed, and ensure product displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
Efficiently process sales transactions, including handling cash, credit cards, or other payment methods, while maintaining accuracy and adhering to company policies.
Build strong relationships with customers by providing personalized service, following up on purchases, and offering post-sales support.
Work collaboratively with colleagues and management to achieve sales goals, share product knowledge, and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
Record sales data, generate reports, and contribute to analyzing sales trends to identify areas for improvement and develop effective sales strategies.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
To sell/market reputed brands Solar Energy, Power Generators, Pump Technology, Solar products, solutions and other machineries to various project customers through System Integrators.
Direct sales to the Corporate enterprises, B2B customers, System Integrators and other verticals.
To achieve and exceed agreed budgeted sales and margin, while managing the development of new and existing customer base within the appointed Geography.
To develop new customers and maintain the same.
To develop new business, marketing, technical sales presentation and client relations for strategic and large accounts across the industries for end-to-end power electricity and water solutions.
Identify latest project and market information through industry sources and regular customer visits.

What Equips you for the Role:
Bachelor Degree with similar Key Account Handling Experience.
2 - 5 years in similar Key account experience.
6 - 7 years of additional qualifying experience in a similar role may substitute for the required education.
Candidate’s from the same industry preferably from Solar Energy, Power Generator, Pump Technology industries.
Must have experience in selling solutions, handling large accounts and B2B sales.
