Assist the Sales Head in managing leads, inquiries, and follow-ups
Coordinate with sales team for client meetings, proposals, and closures Prepare quotations, proposals, and basic sales presentations.
Maintain and update CRM, sales trackers, and reports Follow up with clients for documents, payments, and approvals.
Operations Coordination Coordinate with operations team for service execution after deal closure.
Ensure proper documentation for services such as company formation, visas, licenses, etc.
Track application status and update sales team and clients regularly Assist in process improvements for smoother sales-to-operations handover Reporting & Administration.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales & operations reports Maintain records of clients, contracts, invoices, and payments Schedule meetings, calls, and reminders for Sales Head.
Handle basic administrative and coordination tasks
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
0–2 years of experience in sales support, operations, or coordination role Good communication skills (verbal & written)
Strong follow-up and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Preferred Skills Experience in corporate services, company formation, visas, or consulting industry Client handling and coordination experience
Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation
