Position: Sales Executive - AMC & Retrofit
� Salary: AED 6,000 - 8,000
� Contract: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
� Business development & lead generation for AMC & retrofit solutions
� Build relationships with facility managers, property owners, and contractors
� Conduct site assessments & propose customized HVAC solutions
� Negotiate deals & finalize contracts
� Stay updated on industry trends and market analysis

Required Skills:
� Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or Business
� 3-5 years of experience in HVAC sales, AMC, or retrofit solutions
� Strong technical knowledge in cooling systems & energy efficiency
� Proven sales skills & ability to close deals
�� Knowledge of UAE market and regulations
� Valid UAE driving license preferred
