The Sales Executive at NPSM Specialized Cleaning Services LLC will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our client base in the cleaning services industry. This role involves identifying potential clients, developing and maintaining client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and achieving sales targets. The Sales Executive will work closely with the marketing team to support promotional activities and ensure client satisfaction through excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and Target Clients: Research and identify potential clients for NPSM’s cleaning services, including residential, commercial, and specialized sectors.
- Build Client Relationships: Establish and nurture strong relationships with clients to understand their cleaning needs and provide customized solutions.
- Conduct Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the advantages of our cleaning services.
- Develop Sales Strategies: Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Customer Service Excellence: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing client inquiries and resolving any issues promptly.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present sales reports, including performance analysis and sales forecasts, to the management team.
- Collaborate with Marketing: Work in conjunction with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.
- Travel Requirements: Travel within the UAE to meet clients and conduct sales activities, requiring a valid UAE driving license.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cleaning services industry or a related field.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Driving License: Valid UAE driving license is mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
- Skills: Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Knowledge: Good understanding of the UAE market and the cleaning services industry.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using Microsoft Office and CRM software.
