Client Handling: Counsel clients regarding immigration options for Canada, Australia, UK, and other countries. Assess client eligibility and guide them through the documentation and application process. Build and maintain strong client relationships for future referrals.
Sales & Conversion: Follow up on leads generated via calls, emails, and walk-ins. Convert inquiries into successful sales by providing accurate immigration knowledge and professional consultation. Meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
Documentation Support: Assist clients in filling out immigration forms and compiling required documents. Coordinate with documentation and processing teams for seamless service delivery.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on immigration laws, program changes, and visa requirements. Participate in regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Reporting: Maintain and update CRM/database with client information and sales progress. Provide regular reports to management regarding leads, conversions, and feedback.
Customer Support: Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by addressing queries and providing post-sales assistance. Handle complaints professionally and work on solutions swiftly.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in immigration or overseas education sales preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
Knowledge of Canadian Express Entry, Provincial Nominee Programs (PNPs), and other visa types is a plus.
Proficiency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Hindi, Tagalog, etc.) are an advantage.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
