1. Implement plans to achieve strategic objectives and targets for the assigned territory.
Collect and analyze relevant territory’s information related to market prices. Maintain competitiveness at all times and conduct forecasting studies to capture territory’s trends and needs.
Implement marketing plans, actively participate in sales promotional campaigns and exhibitions, and travel within territory of responsibility to attract new business and maintain existing customers.
Respond to enquiries resulting from advertising, trade shows, and business trips.
Implement pricing, promotions, and discounts policies, to ensure feasibility and profitability.
Implement inventory and stock policies to ensure response to market demands, and a monitoring system to track sales and stock balances and movement for each distributor in the assigned territory.
Implement Export Sales processes and work instructions, including credit limits and collection to ensure efficiency and consistency in operation.
Communicate with salespeople to ensure territory’s sales data and information are communicated and maintained for analysis and improvements.
Monitor the achievement of the assigned territory’s sales targets in reference to the set plans and take all necessary actions to resolve issues and overcome obstacles.
Establish, maintain, and expand customer base for the territory.
Maintain active communication channels with existing and future customers, including marketing meetings, regular visits, after sales contacts and feedback, etc.
Cooperate with ADVOC with respect to any instructions and/or actions taken to protect its employees.
Report to immediate supervisor any situation which could possibly present a hazard and cannot be corrected by himself.
Report all OSH related incidents and work-related injuries.
