Role Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Sales Executive to drive B2B and B2C sales of our smart locks and access control products. The candidate will play a key role in building relationships with builders, developers, contractors, property managers, and retail clients across the UAE. Key Responsibilities Identify, contact, and develop relationships with potential clients (builders, real estate developers, and businesses). Present and demonstrate Axess Tech smart lock solutions (online and in-person when required). Generate and follow up on leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media. Maintain sales records and update weekly reports. Achieve monthly sales targets on a commission basis. Represent the Axess Tech brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. Requirements Previous experience in sales (preferably in smart home products, electronics, or construction materials). Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented. Must have access to a smartphone, laptop, and stable internet connection. What We Offer Attractive commission-based compensation (no fixed hours).
