Lab Chemist :
• This role demands the inspection and testing activities of lube oil and grease samples as per defined test methods and to ensure that products meet all specified parameters.
• The ideal candidate for the chemist position should possess extensive experience in a comprehensive range of tests critical to the lubricant industry, including Total Base Number (TBN) Test, Total Acid Number (TAN) Test, Kinematic Viscosity test , Brookfield Viscosity test, Apparent Viscosity by Cold Cranking Simulator (CCS), Density Test, Drop Point Test, Moisture Content Test, Elemental Analysis by ICP (Inductively Coupled Plasma), FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy), Nitrogen Analysis, Breakdown Voltage Test, Centrifugation Test, Copper Corrosion Test, Penetration Test, Oxidation Stability Test, Brookfield Viscosity Test, Pour Point Test, Sulfur Content Test, Sulfated Ash Test, Foaming Test, Flash Point Test.
• To ensure reporting of test results as per the precision and bias as detailed in ASTM test methods.
• The candidate must be well-versed in lubricant classifications, including API grades, SAE ratings, and NLGI standards, and understand how these affect performance and suitability for different applications.
• Ensure adherence to ISO/IEC 17025:2017 for laboratory testing and calibration, which is essential for accurate and reliable testing of lubricants. Follow ISO 9001:2015 for quality management systems to maintain consistent quality in laboratory operations and processes.
• To ensure timely and organized upkeep of all testing and QC records & data.
• To carry out formulation optimizations and pilot blend developments as per the production and technical requirements.
•To ensure organized upkeep of all formulation controlled documents and RFC’s.
• To ensure proper handling & up-keep of all laboratory equipment, instruments and accessories and carry out calibrations as specified in calibration schedule.
• To administer the laboratory operation in extended shifts and authorize batch approvals as per the criteria defined in controlled documents and inspection and testing procedures.
• Strict adherence towards QHSE policies, rules, procedures and work instructions to contribute effectively towards achieving over all company target of zero TRIR & LTR.
• To ensure release of optimized formulations for mass production at all time, and to ensure TLBU plant meet the targets towards first time right blending rate.
Chief Accountant :
- Financial Reporting:Prepare and review financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
- Auditing:Conduct internal audits to evaluate financial records, processes, and controls.
Identify and report on financial discrepancies and recommend improvements. - Taxation:Advise on tax planning and compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
Prepare and file tax returns, and handle tax audits. - Financial Analysis:Analyze financial data to support decision-making processes.
Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models. - Compliance and Regulation:Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting and auditing standards. - Consulting: Assist with financial planning, risk management, and investment decisions.
- Management Accounting:Support managerial decision-making by providing detailed financial insights.
Track performance metrics and assist in strategic planning.
Safety Officer :
Safety Officer responsibility is to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) guidelines. They advise on safety measures, conduct risk assessments, and enforce preventative measures. Their role involves promoting a safe workplace, providing training, and investigating incidents to improve overall safety.
Lubricants Sales Coordinator:
- Sales Support:Assist the sales team in managing customer accounts and processing orders. Prepare sales reports and forecasts to support decision-making. Coordinate with the sales team to track and follow up on sales leads and opportunities.
- Order Processing:Handle order entry, verification, and processing to ensure timely delivery. Monitor order status and resolve any issues related to order fulfillment. Manage and update customer records and sales databases.
- Customer Service:Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns. Address customer issues related to product availability, delivery, and quality. Provide product information and technical support to customers.
- Inventory Management:Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and distribution teams to ensure stock availability. Assist in managing and forecasting inventory needs based on sales trends and customer demands.
- Coordination and Communication:Liaise between sales, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. Coordinate promotional activities, product launches, and customer events. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and provide updates.
- Reporting and Documentation:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and inventory levels. Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Executive Secretary:
- Administrative Support:Manage executives' calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for meetings. Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and itineraries. - Communication Management:Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders. Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and memos.
Answer and direct phone calls and handle inquiries with professionalism and discretion. - Meeting Coordination:Schedule and organize executive meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including room reservations, equipment setup, and catering if required. Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Document Management:Maintain and organize executive files, records, and confidential documents.
Ensure proper filing and retrieval of documents and compliance with data protection policies.
Assist in preparing and reviewing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents. - Office Management:Oversee office supplies and equipment, ensuring timely procurement and maintenance.
Coordinate with other administrative staff to ensure smooth office operations. Implement and maintain office procedures and systems to enhance efficiency.
