About Us
One of our client in a leading digital media company based in the heart of Dubai is looking for a driven and experienced Digital Sales Manager to join our dynamic sales team.
As a Digital Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue by selling digital advertising solutions and media offerings to new and existing clients. You will play a critical role in identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving sales growth across the UAE and MENA region.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and grow market share.
• Identify, pitch, and close business deals with digital agencies, brands, and direct clients.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing and post-sales account management.
• Present and promote digital media products (e.g., display ads, branded content, social media campaigns, influencer marketing, video ads, and programmatic solutions).
• Previous sales experience with digital media companies.
• Ability to understand and sell programmatic media
• Work well in a team with a flexible approach tp taking on new challenges.
• Collaborate with the content, marketing, and analytics teams to ensure successful campaign execution and reporting.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, media buyers, and decision-makers.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management.
Qualifications and Experience
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital sales, media sales, or advertising, preferably within the UAE or MENA region.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising formats, audience targeting, and performance metrics.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong network of contacts in media agencies and direct brand clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• Familiarity with CRM tools, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics platforms is an advantage.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
