· Responsible for achieving established targets within Abu Dhabi. Targets and strategic objectives are determined after consulting the General Manager.
· Capable of converting strategic policy into policy that can be put into practice, with the personnel available, and of realizing objectives.
· Identifying market and turnover opportunities and competition trends, recording this information, and responding appropriately.
· Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and yearly sales budget.
· Create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands the customer base and extends the market’s reach.
· Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
· Responsible for optimum service for Electrical Division’s customers/suppliers, ensuring that their questions and desires are dealt with efficiently and meticulously.
· Identify and prospect potential clients within the Oil and Gas sector, understand client’s needs, and recommend suitable products and services, ensure achieving the established targets for Oil and Gas sector.
· Cross-Selling: Promote and sell the products and services of the business units under Al Hathboor Group by coordinating with the Division’s sales team.
· Ensure that Al Hathboor is a one-stop shop by identifying the products and services required by the customers/clients and ensuring sourcing the customers' requirements within the group divisions or externally if required.
· Coordination between suppliers/customers and the Division regarding sales, logistics, after-sales, and service ensures adequate handling of complaints.
· Track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships.
· Recruit salespeople, set objectives, train, and coach, and monitor performance ensuring assigned tasks and responsibilities are fulfilled.
· Set sales goals, compare performance to goals, and adjust goals as needed.
· Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them.
· Develop individual quotas and assign territories for team members.
· Provides day-to-day supervision to the Sales Department, is responsible for optimum deployment of employees and resources.
· Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill them.
· Responsible for negotiating the payment terms and the credit terms with the suppliers/customers and ensuring collections are done on time.
· Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
· Any other task assigned by the Management related to the division’s sales.
