Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the dynamic and competitive field of Oil and Gas trading. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and build strong relationships with clients in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
• Possess a strong knowledge of Sales, Purchasing, Contract Management, Sourcing, Bidding, Material Management, Supply Chain Strategies, Professional Negotiation, Project Coordination, and Business Process Improvement.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Utilize strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and conditions for contracts and agreements, ensuring profitability and long-term relationships with clients.
• Collaborate with senior management to set sales targets and goals.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients in the Oil and Gas industry.
• Ensure timely resolution of customer issues and concerns.
• Implement and monitor sales metrics to track team and individual performance.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the management team.
• Implement corrective actions and strategies to address sales performance gaps.
• Lead negotiations for major contracts with clients, ensuring favourable terms for the company.
• Collaborate with legal and finance teams to finalize contract agreements.
Strong knowledge in any of these verticals- Industrial products- process Equipments, Instrumentation products.
Utilize market intelligence to make informed decisions and adapt sales strategies.
