Job Summary:
The Marketing & Business Development Manager for Bisdesk will be responsible for
driving sales, managing key client relationships, and expanding the market presence.
This role involves developing strategies to attract new partners (workspace providers)
and customers (businesses and individuals seeking workspace solutions). The Sales
Manager will work closely with the marketing and operations teams to meet sales
targets and enhance the overall customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy & Execution:
○ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly,
and annual targets.
○ Identify potential coworking spaces to onboard onto the marketplace
platform and negotiate partnerships.
○ Prospect, approach, and close deals with clients (businesses and
freelancers) looking for coworking solutions.
2. Market Research & Lead Generation:
○ Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor
offerings, and customer preferences.
○ Build a pipeline of leads through various channels (online, networking
events, referrals, etc.).
○ Generate and qualify leads to drive new business opportunities.
3. Relationship Management:
○ Maintain strong relationships with coworking space providers to ensure
smooth collaboration and client satisfaction.
○ Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, ensuring their needs
are met and expectations exceeded.
○ Provide feedback from clients and partners to internal teams to
continuously improve service offerings.
4. Sales Team Leadership:
○ Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on sales techniques,
negotiation skills, and client relationship management.
○ Set individual and team performance goals and monitor progress
regularly.
5. Reporting & Analysis:
○ Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and generate regular
reports for senior management.
○ Use data insights to refine sales tactics and improve conversion rates.
6. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
○ Work closely with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with
promotional activities.
○ Coordinate with the operations team to ensure the smooth onboarding
of new coworking spaces.
○ Collaborate with the customer service team to resolve client issues and
improve the user experience.
Qualifications:
● Proven experience 5 years in sales management, preferably in the real estate,
coworking, or marketplace industries.
● Strong understanding of the coworking industry and marketplace dynamics.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
● Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales
targets.
● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to market changes.
● Proficiency in CRM tools and sales software.
● UAE Driving license is an added advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in managing a sales team or working in a leadership capacity.
● Strong network within the coworking or real estate industry.
● Knowledge of digital sales strategies and online marketplace platforms.
