Key responsibility:
- Developing and executing sales strategies and plans for golf clubs or facilities to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Managing the sales team by setting targets, monitoring progress, providing training, and supporting team members to achieve both individual and team sales objectives.
- Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships, including golf club members, corporate clients, and group clients.
- Identifying and developing new customer segments, expanding market share, and enhancing the visibility and appeal of golf facilities through effective marketing and promotional activities.
- Preparing sales reports, analyzing sales data and trends, and making strategic adjustments and optimizations to sales strategies based on insights.
- Overseeing the sales budget, controlling expenses related to sales and marketing to ensure profitability and achievement of sales targets within budget constraints.
- Continuously monitoring trends in the golf industry and competitive dynamics, and adapting sales strategies and business operations accordingly to capitalize on market opportunities.
