  • Take full ownership of sales targets for ERP, CRM, HRMS, and other business solutions from Microsoft, Zoho, Sage, and allied technologies.
  • Generate new opportunities through personal networks, industry engagement, and field activities. A minimum of 30% of the pipeline is expected to be self-generated.
  • Progress opportunities sourced from the Abacus Marketing Team and nurture them through the full sales lifecycle— from qualification to closure.
  • Engage and build strong relationships with middle and senior management decision-makers at prospect organizations.
  • Work collaboratively with solution consultants and product experts to deliver compelling, customer-focused solution demonstrations.
  • Develop a strategic sales plan that aligns with market dynamics, customer needs, and internal business objectives.
  • Maintain discretion, confidentiality, and integrity in handling customer information, pricing strategies, and competitive insights.
