Sales & Business Development:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the fleet management industry.
- Identify and acquire new customers, including corporate fleets, logistics companies, rental businesses, and government sectors.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
- Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Target Achievement & Performance Management:
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop detailed sales forecasts and reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategic sales campaigns to increase market penetration and brand awareness.
Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Provide clients with tailored fleet management solutions, including telematics, GPS tracking, leasing, and maintenance services.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and offering customized solutions.
Negotiation & Contract Management:
- Lead contract negotiations and close high-value deals with corporate clients and fleet operators.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and pricing strategies in line with company objectives.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and legal requirements.
Collaboration & Team Leadership:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide training and support to junior sales representatives or partners.
- Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities.
