Role Overview
As a Sales Manager (Cut & Bend Steel Rebar), you will lead business development and sales operations, driving revenue growth and building long-term partnerships with developers, contractors, and consultants across the UAE.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business targets.
Drive business development and market expansion within the construction industry.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with key industry players.
Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to exceed sales goals.
Oversee quotation, negotiation, and contract closure processes.
Analyze market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
