Sales: • Identify, target, and convert potential clients for travel packages, tours, and services. • Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and individual customers. • Prepare and present customized travel solutions and proposals to clients. • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. Marketing: • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote travel products, packages, and destinations. • Manage digital marketing channels including social media, email campaigns, website content, and SEO. • Collaborate with creative teams to design brochures, flyers, and promotional material. • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer preferences in travel and tourism. Business Development: • Explore and secure new business opportunities with travel agencies, corporate clients, and tour operators. • Build strategic partnerships with hotels, airlines, and tourism boards. • Attend travel fairs, exhibitions, and networking events to promote the company’s offerings. • Identify emerging travel trends and recommend innovative services or packages to capture market share. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Business, Marketing, or related field. • Proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development within travel, tourism, or hospitality. • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Familiarity with digital marketing and travel booking platforms. • Passion for travel and knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
