Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a strong background in real estate to lead our sales and marketing initiatives in Dubai. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the real estate market, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving sales and executing marketing strategies within the property development sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue from residential and commercial property sales, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales tactics and marketing campaigns.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans, including digital marketing, social media, events, and traditional media, to promote properties and enhance brand visibility.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of sales and marketing professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on achieving sales targets.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and stakeholders, providing exceptional service and support throughout the buying process.
- Sales Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to improve outcomes and drive growth.
- Collaboration with Development Teams: Work closely with property development teams to provide market feedback and ensure alignment between product offerings and market demand.
- Budget Management: Oversee the sales and marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) on campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales and marketing within the real estate sector, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of the Dubai real estate market, including trends, regulations, and competitive landscape.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful sales and marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in CRM software and digital marketing tools.
