Sales & Client Acquisition:
• Identify and engage potential clients seeking business setup, accounting, and tax services in the UAE.
• Conduct client meetings to understand requirements and provide customized solutions.
• Convert inquiries into sales through effective presentation and negotiation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to encourage referrals and repeat business. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Operations & Coordination:
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client services.
• Manage the documentation and application process for trade license registration, visa processing, and renewals.
• Monitor and follow up on client deliverables and project timelines.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and operational progress in CRM systems.
• Ensure compliance with UAE laws, accounting standards, and FTA regulations.
Customer Support & Service Quality:
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding and service process.
• Handle client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
