- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring their continued satisfaction.
- Ensure the smooth onboarding process for new clients and manage all contractual processes.
- Market Insights & Reporting:
- Stay informed about industry trends, market changes, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for business development.
- Provide regular feedback and sales forecasts to the Sales Manager and Account Manager to assist in refining sales strategies.
