Job Summary:
The Sales & Purchase Executive will be responsible for managing procurement and sales activities within the Oil & Gas, Marine, Aviation, and Engineering sectors. The role requires strong negotiation skills, supplier relationship management, and the ability to drive revenue growth through strategic sales efforts.
Key Responsibilities:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the targeted sectors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and potential customers.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional campaigns.
Purchase Responsibilities:
- Source and procure products/services at competitive prices.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers and vendors.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage vendor relationships and assess supplier performance.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of suppliers and products.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for inventory management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related fields.
- 3+ years of experience in Sales and Procurement within the technical Trading environment
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, pricing strategies, and supplier sourcing.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and CRM software.
- Knowledge of import/export regulations and industry compliance is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are an advantage.
