PURPOSE: Manage the showroom activities and resources for both the New and Used Cars departments in an efficient manner.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor KPIs and Team Performance: Track key performance indicators to ensure the team meets sales and customer service goals. Conduct team meetings, provide performance feedback, and support the team to achieve desired results.
- Oversee Sales Plans and Activities: Manage and monitor sales plans and activities to achieve branch targets, including unit sales, trade-in appraisals, deliveries, and customer service index (CSI).
- Implement and Drive Strategies: Cascade and implement set strategies within the team to ensure alignment with action plans and drive their success.
- Assist with Customer Orders and Deal Closures: Help Sales Consultants with customer orders, ensure customers understand and agree with terms and conditions, manage customer queries, negotiate with customers, and assist in closing deals.
- Address Customer Complaints and Resolve Issues: Receive, acknowledge, and resolve customer complaints to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
