Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including managing schedules, preparing meeting agendas, and organizing client appointments.
- Client Communication: Assist with client inquiries, providing information on property listings, and facilitating communication between the sales team and clients.
- CRM Management: Maintain and update the CRM system with accurate information on clients, property listings, and sales progress to ensure data is always current and accessible.
- Sales Documentation: Prepare, review, and organize property sales agreements, contracts, proposals, and other related documents to ensure compliance and timely processing.
- Lead Generation & Follow-Up: Support the sales team by identifying and generating potential leads, following up on inquiries, and helping schedule viewings and meetings.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to help the sales team stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and property valuations in Dubai.
- Property Listing Management: Assist in creating and updating property listings on online platforms and internal systems, ensuring all listings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Sales Reporting: Assist in preparing weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on sales performance, client status, and market trends.
- Event Coordination: Help organize property launches, client events, and promotional activities to drive sales and increase brand visibility.
- Client Relationship Management: Ensure timely follow-up with prospective and existing clients to nurture relationships and promote client satisfaction.
