Job Role Purpose
We are looking for a proactive Sales Support Executive to assist the sales team in achieving business goals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal teams and customers. This role is crucial in maintaining efficiency and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team in processing orders, preparing quotations, and handling customer inquiries.
- Knowledge of Genuine Parts is added advantage
- Maintain and update customer records, sales reports, and databases.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
- Support sales representatives by preparing necessary documents and follow-ups.
- Should have a flair for sales.
- Handle customer calls, emails, and resolve inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Monitor stock availability and inform the sales team of inventory status.
- Collaborate with finance for invoicing, payments, and credit approvals.
- Track and report sales performance metrics to management.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and support a fast-paced sales team.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Education /Experience
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Automotive Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience a Sales Support is preferred.
