Email Correspondence: Respond to supplier and internal email inquiries in a professional and timely manner. Track follow-ups and ongoing correspondence related to samples, quotes, and orders.
Inventory Oversight: Keep a current log of all materials in the library. Monitor inventory levels and dispose of outdated or unused samples according to office guidelines.
Material Research: Proactively research new materials and innovations that may be relevant to upcoming design projects, including sustainable or cutting-edge options.
Collaboration with Design Team: Work closely with the design team to understand project needs, anticipate material requirements, and ensure all samples are available for client presentations or internal reviews.
