Job Description:

1.SAP Finance, Controlling, Treasury, Project System Funds Management and Joint Venture Accounting, BCM support AP and Asset Accounting.

2.Support logistic modules which are integrated with SAP Finance module.

3.Support SAP BPC functionality in budgeting, planning and data loads and developing interfaces to transfer the data between SAP and BPC.

4.Support to troubleshoot the issues in production environment of all Finance, logistic modules and BW reports.

5.Develop and support management dashboards in Power Bi.

6.Develop and support Management reports in BW.

7.Prepare test scripts, String Testing, Unit Test, and troubleshooting the issues during testing.

8.Prepare End User Training Manuals for business users.

9.Contribute to drive SAP BPC upskilling for Business users.

10.Preparation of Functional Specification Documents (FSD) for new custom reports.

Requirements

· Bachelor/master’s degree in commerce, Information Technology or other relevant fields are preferable.

· Professional level Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA finance will be an added advantage.

· Minimum of 3 SAP S/4 HANA project experience in full implementation cycle and support.

· Minimum experience 16+ Years in SAP S/4 HANA Finance and able to support all finance modules (I.e., Joint Venture Accounting, Project Systems, Funds Management, BCM, Asset Accounting, AP, AR Modules and Treasury modules). Independently.

· Great communicator, able to talk to business, as this is a Lead position – English is the project language.

· Ability to work as a team and demonstrate situational leadership.

· Ability to demonstrate Learning attitude.

· Has worked in a Support environment before and is aware of all the processes in Support.

· Must have strong analytical skills to enhance/improvise and automation of existing business processes and reports.

· Should have strong expert knowledge in logistic modules which are integrated with Finance and Intercompany processes.

· Must have experience in developing BW report for CAPEX and OPEX and other financial reports for data analysis.

· Strong knowledge in developing Management dashboards in Power Bi is mandatory.

· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in SAP Business Planning & Consolidation (BPC) including experience in developing interfaces

· Must have experience in S/4 HANA implementation project.

· Should be well versed mapping with Finance integration scenarios with other modules FI-MM, FI-SD, FI-HCM, CO-PS, and CO-PA

· Well versed with configuration of Cost Allocation and Assessment Cycles (Allocations).

· Experience on development of custom objects, including creation of functional specification documents, handover of requirements to technical team and Performing Unit Testing (UAT).

· Strong client service attitude. - Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Able to handle independently Month End/Quarter End and Year End closing processes within SLA timelines.

· Should be able to handle the new business requirements independently in FI/CO and other related modules.

· Extensive experience in BPC version 11.1 or earlier.

· Sound knowledge in interfacing of budget data from SAP to BW and BPC.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Professional level Certifications in SAP S/4 HANA finance will be an added advantage.

· Must have knowledge of User Access and Authorization roles
